The research aimed to identify the reasons for the tendency of employees in the Jazan region to organizational silence behavior , and the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study population was represented in all employees in the Jazan region, and the study tool was represented in the questionnaire applied to a sample of (310) employees, and the research reached Several results, the most important of which are: That the availability of communication opportunities, perception of procedural justice, self-esteem, and length of service adversely affects the the silence behavior of workers, while the attitudes of senior management in support of silence, and the attitudes of supervisors in support of silence, have a positive and significant effect on the silence behavior of workers, while the effect has not been demonstrated for locus of Control on Employee Silence Behavior.
Based on the results of the research, the researcher recommends that senior management and supervisors should encourage workers to speak and make opinions, and the need to develop effective communication channels between workers, and pay attention to personality tests when selecting workers.
