Semester: 2nd Semester Members of the study agree on the application of the supervisors of the diagnostic phase in the strategic planning degree above average and the most important manifestations he understands the general objectives of education and defines the Badarthm educational problems and realize specific objectives for each phase understands the strengths and weaknesses of the internal environment Study members agree to apply the supervisors to the stage preparation of the plan in the strategic planning degree higher than the average, and the most important manifestations of that familiar with the concepts and terminology for the preparation of the strategic plan and formulates the general objectives of the strategic plan takes into account the principle of flexibility in the procedures for implementing the strategic plan and be a working group to prepare a strategic plan Members of the study agree on the application of the supervisors of the implementation phase of the plan in the strategic planning moderately, and the most important manifestations that determines the time and place of implementation of the strategic plan and formulate the general policies for the implementation of the strategic plan takes into account the steps to implement the programs Members of the study agree on the application of the supervisors for the follow-up phase and the calendar in the strategic planning, the most important manifestations of that familiar ways and methods of modern calendar used in the electronic calendar and contact follow-up methods and builds a calendar and follow-up of the Strategic Plan models.

It shows that there were no statistically significant differences in the averages of the study sample responses differences about all phases of strategic planning depending on variable academic qualifications and experience variable.

Show and no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the study sample responses about all phases of strategic planning in different training courses variable in the field of strategic planning, for the benefit of those who have received three sessions or more The recommendations of the study: - In light of the findings of the study, the researcher recommends the following: - It is highly recommended to develop the educational supervision structure and granting its staff broader powers and authorities.

- It is vital also that there ought to be financial and morale incentives to motivate the supervisor towards a better application of the strategic planning stages.
