Section One/ The research problem 1.
Psychology considers as a most important scientific and humanitari-an material in all materials which prepared by ministry of education to be teached in fine art institutes of Iraq.
2.
Because of the fast developing of scientific research and the increa-sed knowledge experiences, psychology teachers need more profe-ssional and scientific competences and more scientific practices for developing their performance.3.
For teaching their students more experiences which provide their natural and electronic needs, I got insisted on teachers to develop their-selves by an educational and social competences which grow their level to be high for keeping up with student's ambitions culture.
Section Two/The importance of the research is, the concept of performance to prepare teachers and train them, considers as an important concept which won impress specialists in education.
The research goals concentrate on using suggested training program for developing the professional for performance of psychol-ogy material teachers in fine art institutes of Iraq.
The research focused on the identification of terms: The definitions of: the program, performance, competences, teaching and fine art institutes of Iraq.
Section Three/Involved using a suggested training program for self-learning style, and the program features, justification, teaching goals, self-evaluation, program content and subjects, lectures number and trai-ning hours, training materials, operation plan, methods of teaching, training activities, measures of training and techniques.
Section Four/ The research conclusionWhich means the psychology material teachers consider as an axis basic in reaching the content of professional and scientific materials which put by mistry of education.
While the research recommendations the researcher focused on developing the professional competences material as an important material in colleges of education curriculum and teachers colleges to enrich graduates with more teaching competences for developing their scientific achievement.
The research suggestions focused on: Using a suggested training program for developing computers teachers performance in fine art institutes of Iraq.
