Anxiety is a latent and permanent experience of human existence.
Anxiety means psychological discomfort and is characterized by fear, insecurity and anticipation of a catastrophe.
Anxiety can escalate into panic.
It also accompanies this feeling sometimes Some of the symptoms of mental severs, which hinder the work of the human and affect the work and efficiency.
The current research aims to measure the level of anxiety of the future teachers of the primary stagy and other objectives of the current research.
The sample of the current research (120) teachers ( male and female ) of the primacy stage.
The researcher has built a measure of anxiety for the future and was presented to a group of arbitrators to extract the honesty of the virtual.
As well as the coefficient of stability through the method vkronbach.
which has been amounted to ( 0, 85 ) for the first variable also adopted the researchers performance measure prepared by ( Anwar: 2017 ) with a stability Coefficient of ( 0, 89 ) which is a good stability factor.
After extracting the honesty and consistency of the research variables, the researcher has been applied the two parameters to the basic research sample of ( 120 ) teachers.
After collecting the information forms and then processing the data statistically using the ( T-test ) and Pearson correlation coefficient, the researcher reached the following results: - 1- There is anxiety of the future among the elementary teachers.2- There is no relationship between the anxiety of the future and the functional performance of teachers in the primary school and through the findings of the researcher made a number of recommendations and suggestions
