Abstract EN

Our glorious Islamic history has witnessed the birth and existence of great men characterized by their wonderful, wise and spiritual mentalities, that had a very deep effect on some of the Islamic historic event, for their valuable wisdom advice and splendid opinions.

One of those was the Sahabi, Al-mugeera Bin Shuba (May Allah bless him), who will be the subject matter of the present paper.

The title of the paper is, '' The Role of the wise negotiator in the event of the Islamic History During the Rashidi and Amawi Eras: Al-Mugeera Bin Shu'ba as an example.

It reveal the influence of Al-Mugeera Bin Shuba on the negotiations that affected the flow of events especially in the Amawi era.

This paper is divided in to four section.

Section one present his biography and position is Islamic.

Section two handles the theme of wise negotiation in the Islamic law(sharia).

Section three studies the influence of Al-mugeera Bin Shuba in the negotiations during the Rashidi Era.

Section four treats his role in the negotiation during the Amawi Era.
