Abstract EN

This research aims at clarifying the geomorphologic concepts in the Islamic geographical thought, as it contains the concepts of the surface of the earth and the internal factors such as earthquakes and volcanoes, or external factors such as erosion, weathering, transport and sedimentation in the books of the Islamic geographical heritage and their development during the Islamic period.

To the phenomenon and experience gained by Muslims at the time, and that each step of these steps can convey the image of life that it deserves to reach the springs of human heritage, to remain Muslim scientists pride and appreciation of their efforts, leaving the wealth added to the Scientific human civilization.
