The reason for my optional subject is that it clearly shows that Islamic law are more capable of situational laws in addressing the problems of society immediately, and show the importance of the subject in being a scientific subject and jurisprudence, it shows the views of jurists in the fields of jurisprudence, in addition, the research on this subject is an important contribution to the construction of personal jurisprudence concerning the individual and society.

It is also an issue that is irreversibly associated with our social life because of the many problems that arise and There is no cure for diagnosing the disease and prescribing medication for these reasons, I would like to have a research topic that is proven in Islamic law.
