The aim of this research is to: Acquiring Arabic Grammar for lntermediate School Students, by preparing a program based on Functional Structural.

To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher undertook the following procedures: • A theoretical study of what came with previous research, studies and literature related to the current research topic.

• Preparing a test for Acquiring Arabic Grammar for lntermediate School Students.

• Preparing the program based on Functional Structural in Acquiring Arabic Grammar for lntermediate School Students.

• Selecting the sample of the research number (60) for lntermediate School Students, and distributing it into two groups: experimental (30) and control (30).

• The application of a test of in Acquiring Arabic Grammar to the experimental and controlling groups before applying.

• The application of the syllabus-based program is Functional Structural to the experimental group students, while the control group studies the usual program.

Conducting statistical treatment of the degrees of pre and post application, and a number of results were reached, the most important of which are: The effectiveness of the program based onFunctional Structural inAcquiring Arabic Grammar for lntermediate School Students.

Providing results, recommendations and suggestions for further research.

• Handling the data statistically, analyzing and interpreting them
