if our scholars, may god have mercy on them, have exhausted their efforts and innovated throughout the ages in keeping pace with the customs and developments and the sciences that establish their temporal space, and applied them in their deductions and jurisprudential preferences, then it is not possible in any case to deny the emergence of a huge amount of developments in our time in various sciences and disciplines that the predecessors did not know about, and therefore what is achieved in the jurisprudence of this new reality, it is good to employ this knowledge in balancing the evidence as complementary tools to the fundamentalist weighting criteria, as they are cognitive methodologies that keep pace with the ability to properly understand the data of the times and the problems of the people who are the subject of the legal ruling, in order to ensure the proper interpretation of the intended meanings of the street in reality.
