The religion of Islam came with great objectives that every Muslim man and woman should learn, which is to memorize the five necessities.

the legitimacy of security in Islam comes from the almighty’s saying: {o you who believe, enter into peace all together, and do not follow the footsteps of Satan, for he is to you a clear enemy}.

and in the words of the messenger of god, may god bless him and grant him peace: “he who does not feel secure from his neighbours shall not enter paradise.” the importance of social security has gone beyond the human right to make it a divine obligation, a legal duty, and a necessity of the uprightness of human development, and the establishment of basic social security elements for the establishment of religion.

the holy Qur'an has given this aspect a great deal of attention, because of its impact on settling the human soul on contentment, surrender, anticipation and attention, according to a creedal premise ..

the preparation that god almighty commanded Muslims in the noble Qur'an and the Sunnah of the prophet encompasses all intellectual, military, social and political aspects that provide security for all.

this research deals with a topic that concerns all Muslims.

because the issue of social security is an essential matter in existence, in accordance with the almighty’s saying: {so let them worship the lord of this house who has fed them from hunger and made them safe from need}.

because of the continuity and permanence of life and the development of the land on which god almighty entrusted the sons of Adam, and the lack of security leads to anxiety and fear and prevents stability and construction, and calls for migration and homelessness, and stops the means of livelihood, which leads to the collapse of societies and the foundations of their existence.
