Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the level of psychological flexibility and self - efficacy of the study sample of high school students, and to know the relationship between psychological flexibility and self - efficacy and the relationship with some demographic variables, and the study sample consisted of (300) students from high school students in Jeddah, and the researcher used the psychological flexibility and the Self - Efficiency Scale), the study concluded that the study sample had a high level of psychological flexibility, except for the emotional aspect, which came with a medium degree, and the study also found that the study sample had a medium level of self - efficacy.

As a whole and also its dimensions, except for the cognitive dimension, it was high, and the existence of a correlation between psychological flexibility in all its dimensions with self - efficacy, and the study also found that there were no statistically significant differences in psychological flexibility attributed to the variable of sex or academic level, and the study recommended attention to students of the first grades During the discussion and participation in the dialogue, and building extension programs to develop and increase psychological flexibility, and conduct more similar studies on other samples.
