Abstract EN

The current study aimed to exam in the most important organizational problems facing Saudi women working in the private sector in the city of Riyadh; it also aimed to find out to which extent Saudi women working in private sectors face problems related to the regulatory field in the private sector.

In order to achieve the study objectives and answer its research questions, the study used the «social survey» approach to collect data from 403 female employees in the private sector whose data were registered in the Social Insurance Institution in year 1441 in Riyadh.

The researcher applied the stratified random sample and reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The most important organizational problems facing Saudi women working in the private sector were as follows: First, the lack of job security, second the lack of vacations, third the lack of training, and finally the problem of bias in favor of male employees.

The study has made several recommendations, including: the call to determining the duration of job contracts with a minimum of two to three years, and to be automatically renewed in case that both the institution and the worker wish to continue working in order to increase the level of stability and job security.
