Abstract EN

The current study aimed to identify differences between male and female members of the Faculty, to psychological steadfastness and its sub dimensions, burnout and its sub dimensions and psychosomatic disorders, knowing the role of Psychological Steadfastness as a variable rate of the relationship between burnout and psychosomatic disorders, determine the differences between the low and high grade in both burnout and psychosomatic disorders, the sample of the study consisted of (100) a member of the faculty at Qassim University, (45 male, 55 female), they applied psychological steadfastness scale, Burnout scale ,and a scale of psychosomatic disorder ,the results show no differences between males and females on each of the : psychological Steadfastness and its sub dimensions ,burnout and its sub dimensions, and psychosomatic disorders; the dissatisfaction about job, career pressures and a total degree of Burnout Contributed in psychological Steadfastness, while Psychosomatic disorders predicted to psychological Steadfastness, also found differences between high and low degrees in psychological Steadfastness on burnout and its sub dimensions and psychosomatic disorders in the direction of low Steadfastness.
