Such as, make it as a control to the validity of intentional induction or a condition for the validity of the measurement reason or a condition for the validity of specializing the general and restrict the unrestricted(the release).

Or a condition for the concept of violation attributable to the item which Ulama (religious scholars) keep silent about it, or a condition for the validity of interpretation by eliminated estimation, or judging the nullification of a worshipping or a treatment for the nullification of its rule or its self- description to the target.

Or a justification for the nullification of a sub-jurisprudential (Faqhi), ijtihad judgment (derived from sharia) with the agreement of Ulama (religious scholars) in all the previous rules.

Then they differ in the achievement of its target.

This leads the researcher to study the positions of its mentioning as a contribution to shed light on its topic for its significance and for the fruitfully fundamentalist and jurisprudential (Faqhi) results.
