Abstract EN

Praise be to God, we praise Him, seek His help, and seek forgiveness, and seek refuge in God from the evils of ourselves, and from the bad deeds of our actions, whoever God guides, does not mislead him, and whoever leads astray, there is no guider to him, and I bear witness that there is no god but God, He alone has no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger, may God bless him Ali and his family and companions greeted a lot.

And after: If there is something mentioned after the completion of this modest effort, then it is the following: 1- The great scientific standing which Hafiz Hicham bin Yusuf Al-San’ani has attained, from knowledge and effort, as he is considered among those who combined the method of the modern and the jurists, with his distinction of attribution, and his closeness to power and his preoccupation with the position of judiciary for a long time did not affect his preservation and his degree when Updated.

2- It appeared to me through the hadiths that have been studied that Imam Hisham bin Yusuf al-San’ani is only confidently narrated in most of what he narrates.

3- I stood through my work in this research on the great efforts made by the imams and critics of the hadith, where they served the Sunnah of the Prophet in order to serve, and exerted their utmost efforts to purify them of errors and impurities, and they became pure and pure, so God rewarded them on Islam and Muslims is the best reward.

4- This humble research allowed me to get acquainted with books and books in various fields of science that I had never known before.

Recommendations: 1- I recommend to myself and those who specialize in Sharia sciences to continue searching in libraries and the homes of Arab and foreign manuscripts to find the Musnad Hisham ibn Yusuf al-San'aani, to be studied and published.

2- Taking care of the narrations of Hisham bin Yusef Al-San’ani that were included in the books of the Sunnah, so that they can be studied and shown to people to benefit from them.

3- I also discussed his narratives in the predicate of Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal.

I recommend searching for his narratives in the Sunan books, such as the great Sunnahs for women and Al-Bayhaqi and the Sunnahs of Al-Daraqutni, works, and the rest of the Musanad.

In conclusion, I ask God Almighty, Lord of the Great Throne, to make this work pure for his noble face, and a reason connected to the Gardens of Bliss, and to forgive me and my parents and Muslims, he is the guardian of that and the one who is capable of him, and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions and peace.
