Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the effects of the complex training on the improvement of the level degree of the skill performance of some attack skills in judo sport "ippon seoinage-osotogari-haraigoshi" among al-Aqsa university judo players team.

the researcher used the experimental approach, and the sample of this study consisted of (12) judo players team of al-Aqsa university (2014 -2015).

the results showed that the complex training program has a positive effect on improving the skill performance of some attack skills in this study "ippon seoinage-osotogari-haraigoshi".

the average rate of improvement between the total sum of ippon seoinage (13.84), while the average rate of improvement of osotogari skill was (17.25).

finally, the average rate of improvement of haraigoshi was (15.32).

the researcher recommended the necessity of focusing on skill performance through focusing on the motor abilities related to attack skills in judo.
