This study dealt with an important issue of the old new issues of concern to the nation, namely the effect of flattery and politeness on Sharia politics.

The researcher began defining the concept of three terms which are flattery, management, and Sharia policy, and between the researcher in the difference between flattery and politeness, then the legal ruling for them, then The researcher mentioned the evidence for that, then the implications of the use of politeness and flattery in Sharia'a policy, and the study reached several results, the most prominent of which is that there is a clear difference between the terms flattery and politeness in terms of meaning and governance, so flattery means making debt for the world and it is prohibited except for necessity, and pain Darat means to make the world for religion and reform, and it is permissible.
