This research deals with the explanation of the concept of combining contradictory evidence, its conditions, its ruling, and its order between the other contradictory payment methods, "copying and weighting", and it includes mention of the various aspects of the combination.

And then the researcher deals with the case of adultery in terms of its concept, its pillars, and its foundations.

This research aims to highlight the importance of the course of collecting contradictory evidence and its jurisprudential impact on conflicting jurisprudential issues in the case of adultery, by showing the contradiction between them.

And then presenting the sayings of the jurists on these issues and responding to them through what the researcher has suggested from these sayings and pushing the contradiction by combining them through the combinations that these evidences tolerate in order to avoid the apparent contradiction.
