Abstract EN

This research aims to explain the legitimate rules for employees’ financial dues, as it presents a definition of employees’ financial dues, related words, and explaining the jurisprudential assignment of function, up to the exact jurisprudential assignment of employees’ dues.

As for the other topic, it deals with some legitimate rules related to employees’ dues, such as ruling on delaying employees’ salaries and deducting from them, the ruling on zakat on employees’ dues, the ruling on calculating zakat and penance payments from the dues, and finally the issue of replacing the dues at less than their value, all of this by presenting the origin of the issue and then paying the branch on it.

The research concluded that the zakat is not required for employees’ dues, paying from Money whose owner does not know where it is and permissibility calculating zakat from employees’ dues and replacing it for less than its value.
