This research is an analytical and descriptive study of the pillars of the crime of financing terrorism with the aim of knowing the extent of the Libyan legislator's commitment to the general framework of criminal crimes during his legal efforts to combat the crime of financing terrorism.

3 of 2014 regarding combating terrorism defined the stages of criminal behavior for the crime of financing terrorism and limited it to the act of collection, presentation, concealment and supply, and concluded that this crime requires a special intention in addition to the general intent.
