The study aimed clarify the rule for the applications for activating speech rather than neglecting it in Islamic banks, and the sub-bases, It show their appreciations in the types of debt contracts in the Islamic banks.

The study included researchers first: the general definition of the rule and sub-bases, second the types of debt contract in Islamic bank and base applications in it.

The study found that there are applications contemporary to its base.

The study recommended that the need to pay attention to the study jurisprudence rules and their contemporary applications in Islamic banks, for its importance in the jurisprudence consolidation of these contemporary issues.
