Abstract EN

Research topic: This research deals with the types of impurities according to the Hanbalis and the rulings on utilization them, as well as some contemporary issues regarding them.

Research objective: Presentation of the Hanbali doctrine of the ruling on benefiting from impure things, and building contemporary calamities on them.

Research problem: What is the ruling on impurity according to the Hanbalis, and what is the ruling on using it? Main Search Results: Through the research, the types of impurities in the Hanbalis were shown, and they were re-divided according to their relevance.

-The basic principle according to the Hanbalis is karaha.

In general the utilization with impurities is bounded on: non-transgression, some of them are haram, and some of them are jaa'es without karaha.

-The use of impurities for the Hanbalis is one of the problematic issues.

Because many of the impurities mentioned in the doctrine are jaa'es to use them without karaha, and the basic principle was that they were makrooh.

Based on what Al-Hijjawi decided in persuasion.

-This problem can be solved by saying: The use of the impurity is jaa'es with karaha if it was not sure that the impurity has been transgressed, and it is jaa'es without karaha if it was forsure transgressed and it is moharram with the transgressed impurity.

- Three contemporary issues were also graduated through the research, and their ruling on the doctrine was explained.
