Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the use of Facebook by students in learning, through a descriptive study in which the researcher used a field scanning methodology.

the study was conducted using a questionnaire on a sample of (480) students at al-Aqsa university.

the study used different statistical methods: percentages, mean, standard deviations, itest t, anova, and Cronbach alpha, and pearson.

the most important results of the study; the using Facebook of all students for learning was at an average level.

almost half of the students communicate with their colleagues and teachers for learning.

the students' estimates of their activities through Facebook for learning, their benefiting, and importance of this using, within the average level.

there were no statistically significant differences between the average estimates of males and females on their benefiting Facebook in learning, and importance of this using.

but there are differences in favor of females in their activities for this using.

there were no statistically significant differences between the students average estimates on (activities-benefiting-importance), according to faculty specialty.

there were statistically significant differences between the students average estimates on (activities-benefiting-importance), according to educational level, favor of the last two levels together.

there were no statistically significant differences between the students average estimates on (importance-activities), according to academic degree.

there were statistically significant differences, on (benefiting), favor of the in favor of lower rates compared to students with scores (from 90 to above).
