This study aimed to explain the provisions of the Palestinian Real Estate Lease Law N°.
5 of 2013 and clarified the shortcomings of this law.
That the law of rental of real estate applies to all properties leased for the purpose of residential or for the purposes of trade, industry, craft or profession, provided that the lease period is not less than thirty days, The lease contract, although the legislator stipulates that it should be written, the writing required by the legislator is for proof and not for convening.
