The study attempted to clarify the meaning of professional syndicates.

In its first demand, it defined the concept of professional syndicates.

In the second section, the study took the approach of legalization in terms of highlighting the Quranic verses and the noble prophetic traditions that indicate the legitimacy of trade unions.

The fourth section deals with the establishment of professional associations through the rules of jurisprudence and their application.

In the fourth section, the relationship of professional syndicates is linked to the purposes of Shari'ah which are necessary through legalization.

Findings of the study are listed in conclusion
