Abstract EN

This study (determining hardship that has the potential to change rulings according to the Hanafi School and its application in the chapter of purity) discusses the understanding of hardship and the way it changes or lessens legal rulings and when does it develop the capacity to change legal rulings and when is it of no consideration? All this is mentioned according to the principles and maxims of the Hanafi School accompanied by the application of this understanding of hardship in the chapter of purity in the books of the Hanafi School.

The research has made evident the scope and reach of hardship as a gauge when dealing with rulings in the school and its importance with regards to lessening and facilitating ease when hardship is present, and this has been done by examining the various texts of the school.
