Abstract EN

This study addresses the problem of the apparent conflict in the minds of the diligent in Sharia texts, which are related to medical work specifically, whether therapeutic or preventive, by demonstrating the concept of the apparent conflict and various ways of its clearance, relying on the doctrine of the most scholars, and clarifying the impact of this in many of old and modern medical cases.

The study concludes with several findings.

The conclusion is that the apparent conflict in Sharia texts and the necessity of choosing one method of its clearance determined by most scholars influences their differences in determining the Sharia provisions of many medical cases.

The researcher indicated the path closest to the right –In his view– in clearing the conflict between the Sharia texts related to the medical cases mentioned in the study, which included several recommendations.
