Abstract EN

The research aimed to study the status of the environment in Islamic Sharia and the Palestinian Environmental law, and to clarify the role of each in protecting and preserving the environment by introducing a set of legislation and practical principles to achieve this, from community awareness and social responsibility to control and follow up.

The uniqueness of Islamic law has been determined by preserving the environment based on a contractual basis and internal consensus, and the agreement of the Palestinian law with the provisions of Islamic Sharia in all directives, legislation and principles aimed at protecting the environment in all its components.
