Abstract EN

This research discusses the rule of grazing the dispute among the Malikis, highlighting its effect on preserving the fabric of jurisprudence with other sects, and highlighting its effect on preserving the Muslim family, which was built on a corrupt contract from the point of view of the Maalikis.

From correcting the contract of other doctrines.

The rule of grazing is not a matter of concoction or transfer between doctrines.

It does not necessarily mean that al-Mujtahid is out of his due diligence, and to work with the diligence of others who are sinners.

The study focused on three decades (Shagar, contract without a guardian, Nikah Al Sar), and the position of the Jordanian Personal Status Law on these contracts, and the impact of the rule of grazing the dispute in its completion.
