The fundamentals of Islamic alternatives are one of the types of alternatives to Islamic Sharia in the field of Islamic foundations.

Existed for finding legitimate ways for the assigned in order to relieve them and lift the hardship and stress.

This research aims to identify those types of legitimate alternatives in the field of Islamic fundamentals, by reviewing the applications of these alternatives in the matter of approval, benefit and fill the pretexts.

It is no secret that fundamentalist alternatives classified as total and partial judgments, confirming the amplitude of this aspect of jurisprudence and its origins.

Also, the research paper shows some types of legal alternatives in the aspect of redemption and compensation for damage and to show the jurisprudential rules that are regulated in this section.

The researcher has reached several conclusions, the most prominent of which are that the Shari'ah alternatives are various types, including those related to the total judgments, and those related to the partial judgments.

The researcher recommends the need to highlight the advantages of Islamic law by informing speakers on this aspect of Sharia.
