Stocks are considered a modern financial engineering in employing and investing funds in economic enterprises.

In a bid to regulate the process of issuing and trading stocks in the financial market, there is to be a legislation to streamline this process falling under Islamic- conditions, away from (reba): undue extra money, and away from having peoples’ funds unlawfully.

Jordan is the first to find like this legislation after which Islamic stocks had been issued, No: (30(, in 2012.

In 2014, the bylaw of Islamic financing stocks was issued thereafter.

The researcher is concerned about the importance of this regulation in handling Islamic issues pertaining to stocks in terms of concept, kinds and adaptation to Islamic jurisdiction; in addition to stocks provenance and investors holding these stocks.

On the other hand, the study is concerned about investigating the risks in this regard to have legal and illegal guarantees from the onset to the end of trading stocks clear.
