Abstract EN

This study addresses the concept of agreements formed in the family mediation centers and the limits of intervention that the Sharie’ public prosecution has, regarding minor rights and other incapacitated rights.

It also addressed the legal forms of the sharie’ public prosecution intervention on those agreements.

The study concluded several results including that: Sharie’ public prosecution could submit a plea to the legal agreements formed in the family mediation centers if the agreement concluded minor rights, before concluding the agreement or afterwards.
