Abstract EN

The study aimed to reveal the degree of practicing organizational justice by elementary school leaders in Tabouk from teachers' point of view ‘ the study is based on the descriptive survey method‘consists of all Tabouk elementary schools teachers' totaling (1630) teacher, the study has been applied on random sample which consists of (193) teachers.

The sample descriptive statistics (frequencies, percentages, arithmetic mean and the standard deviation), correlation coefficient for "Pearson", equation of (Cronbach-Alpha), (T-TEST), The Analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA) ‘the result showed that is the degree of practicing organizational justice by elementary school leaders in Tabouk from teachers' point of view was moderate, with an arithmetic average (2.19), and the order of the organizational dimensions were: the first dimension is "Interactional Justice" was moderate, with an arithmetic average (2.23), the second dimension is "Procedural Justice" was moderate, with an arithmetic average (2.20), the third dimension is " Distributive Justice" was moderate, with an arithmetic average (2.11)‘there were no significant differences at (a < 0.05) regarding the degree of practicing organizational justice by elementary school leaders in Tabouk from teachers' point of view attributed to the variables (specialty, years' experience number).
