Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the Total Quality as new concept in manage the organiza-tions and Sustainable Development concepts, and to clarify the role of Total Quality and ISO applications played in sustainable development achievement of organizations.

In this study we’ve seen the Total Quality strategies and continuous improvement and their role in im-provement organizations.

In addition, we’ve seen the organizations that adopt the Total Quali-ty strategies and ISO applications will achieve competitive advantage and become more suc-cessful.

We have focused also on the different models of Total Quality (economic, social and environmental), which is working to adapt the environmental, social and economic dimen-sions concerning sustainable development concept.

We highlighted on the most important management methods to realize the sustainable development concept in the organization, de-rived from ISO standards 9000, 18000, 26000, and 14000 and appear their relationship with Total Quality and the benefits arising due the application on the organization.

The study also found that the overall quality strategy approved by the institution leads to the achievement of sustainable development.
