The study aimed to identify the reality of field training for accounting students, and the researchers used the descriptive and analytical approach by distributing a questionnaire to the trainees in the summer semester, and the study showed that the training period is sufficient to provide the student with practical experiences and the appropriateness of the continuous training for the trainee and the training institution, as the results showed that There are clear criteria for choosing a training location, and the study recommends the need to set criteria for choosing a training location, the necessity for the training coordinator to intervene more in the mechanism for choosing the training institution, in addition to the need to develop a computerized program to ensure the placement of students in a computerized way to the training places, and to allow the training institution to evaluate The student is computerized, and a final report is submitted for the training process.
