Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the level of effectiveness of Tobruk University Council meetings.

In order to achieve its aims, it followed the descriptive approach, and the study concluded that the general level of effectiveness of the Tobruk University Council meetings was high.

Finally, the study presented some recommendations to strengthen the meetings management for the Tobruk University Council.
