Abstract EN

This paper shows the importance of the Islamic Contracts in financing the agricultural sector, because they present economical functions where the (alsalm contract) links both (the capital and work) elements, with a known mutual way in dividing profits, so it is a lawful way, and an active mean to show the activity of the able people on production, whom they are become unable in case of the non-existence of this mean.

While the speculation contract represents an Islamic economic way to invest money, and achieving the solidarity, and fighting the usury.

It is characterized with its way and has an ability to adopt and develop with any conditions in our era.

While the partnership contract has been made lawful to increase money and getting profit, that one of its economic aims is to increase the money, besides the importance of both profit and tenancy contracts in providing the instruments of the agricultural sector.

Finally, the importance of the manufacturing contract (alistisna contract) is appeared here because it solves some problems of practice especially those who concern with applying the Islamic law rules, and it meets many important economic needs, because it takes part in different industries.
