Abstract EN

The title of this paper is the problem of Baha'is' houses in 1921-1932 documental- ry Study.

The importance of this research is derived from its treatment of the first roots of the problem of conflict between the Shiite and Baha'i community over the role of Bahå'u' llåh.

This problem has not been Siudied by previous researchers.

The Siudy contains an introduction, three sections, and conclusions.

The preface is entitled Baha'is in Iraq, 1853-1921 , in which we Siudied the arrival of Bahå'u ' llåh to Baghdad and the proclamation of hisreligion * , and we talked about the mokt important principles of the Baha'i faith.

The fir-i topic is the problem of the Baha'i houses in Iraqi courts 1921-1924, in which talked about mutual accusations between Shiites and Bahia, and their requeSis to own the houses.

The titleof the second section is the influence of the religious and political factor on the exacerbationof the problem of the houses, in that section discussed British interventions and their im-pact on * rising * the seriousness of the problem and its transformation into religious hogtility between Shiites and Baha'is, and the seriousness of the problem increased when the Baha 'iscomplained about the Iraqi government in the League of Nations.

The title of the third sectionis the problem of the Bahai houses in the League of Nations 1928-1932, and how the British Colonial Miniétry and the Iraqi government dealt with it, and Nuri al-Said resolved it withhis political cunning.

This Siudy was based on Iraqi and unpublished official documents.

The documents belong to the official positions of the parties of the problem through the correspondences that took place between them.

As for the unofficial documents, they conveyed the objections of the parties to the conflict.

The unofficial documents "'ere credible and Straightforward, out of the language and ideology of the authority.

Other sources are: published documents, governmentpublications, documentary books, academic ktudies, and * Arabic references were important when the documents were silent.
