Abstract EN

This research aims to help researchers by explaining the most important phonological efforts of Palestinian scientists, clarifying the studies and research they provided in the service of the Arabic language, and uncovering the unknown personalities and so benefitting from their efforts, and thus to know the role of Palestine in phonological studies at the level of the Arab world .

The research addressed the phonological lesson in Palestine in terms of history and classification, as the research presented the phonological efforts of the Arabs, which benefited Palestinian scientists, in addition to what they learned from their linguistic studies in the Arab world and Western phonological thought .

The research shows the most famous of these scientists inside and outside Palestine, who authored many books and phonological research during the past seventy years, explaining and categorizing the scientists’ approaches to phonological research .

The research found that our scientists were able to benefit from the Arabic phonetic heritage along with their great awareness of modern linguistic sciences, and through our description of some of their books, their superior ability in analyzing and discussing phonological issues became evident.
