The study aimed to know the level of Psychological Burning in a sample of disabled hearing school teachers, as well as knowledge of the differences between teachers in the variables (nature of disability and professional experience), the use of descriptive analytical method, and the application of the Psychological Burning of Mashlash on a sample of 32 teachers and teachers, The following statistical methods were used: the arithmetic mean - the standard deviation - the percentages - chose (T) for the two samples, A high level of Psychological Burning of disabled hearing school teachers, and the absence of differences between the teachers according to variables (nature of disability and professional experience)
