Abstract EN
The issue of minority rights has recently emerged urgently in the international community, and has become one of the most important issues of concern to human rights instimtions in the entire world, due to the injustice and persecution these groups have been subjected to in many stages of human history.
To lift that grievance, heavenly messages would come, calling for the honor of man and the preservation of his rights, and the legislation approved by Islam for minorities, and the rights that it guaranteed to them, is nothing but evidence of the suffering of those few groups by the majority, of undermining their rights, and a waste of their dignity.
This research aims to study the rights of minorities, a comparative study between international law and Islamic law.
