The present study aimed to reveal the relationship between vocational combustion and functionality to the professors of primary education, and whether there are differences due to sex or professional experience The study took place in the valley of the academic year 2017/2018, where the sample consisted of 95 Professor and Professor.

The study used a scale" legalized vocational combustion", where the findings of our study to the existence of an inverse relationship between vocational combustion and functionality.

The study found an inverse relationship between vocational combustion and effort.

And the presence of a strong relationship between vocational combustion characteristics and capabilities of the individual.

The study also found that there is an inverse relationship between the Professional and the realization of the individual COMBUSTION career role.

The study also found differences are attributable to the two variables; gender, and years of experience.
