Princess Fatima Ismail had a fundamental and major role in the emergence of the Egyptian University, and she was the first to participate in laying the foundation stone for building this university, despite her absence.

She contributed to the establishment of a great educational edifice for Egypt and the Arab world, and the first to pave the way for participation for Egyptian women.

The Egyptian University has become a destination for learning for all its children, and Princess Fatima remains the owner of the credit, and without her belief in the value of science, Cairo University would not exist
