The world has recently witnessed many events and developments in all aspects of life, and the digital media represented by social media was present and powerfully, but the most important event that occupied the media and its social platforms was the health crisis that swept the entire world, which was represented by the emergence of the new Corona virus called Covid 19 Which appeared in the Chinese city of Wuhan, which some considered the most dangerous health induction in the modern era, in terms of its losses and the problems it left behind, covering all walks of life, and social media is still the active and main media in intensively covering the developments of events related to the pandemic, both at the level of Injuries, deaths, vaccines and the scientific race to limit and eliminate its spread, hence the choice of research tagged with [Dealing with the Corona virus in the Gaza Strip through social media “Facebook as a model.]” Objectives of the study: The study aims to study the role of Facebook in dealing with the Corona pandemic, and the extent of the public’s reliance in the Gaza Strip to obtain information and news about the pandemic and related developments.

Study Approach: The research depends on the descriptive analytical method, which depends on the questionnaire and the analysis of its results.

To measure the public's opinions about the effectiveness of Facebook in dealing with the pandemic and the extent to which it depends on it to obtain information about the virus and the latest developments related to it.
