Abstract EN
Logic syndrome is a rare autosomal recessive disease associated with granulation tissue in the sub-mucosa and dermis affecting the larynx, conjunctiva and skin.
No laboratory finding is typical.
At present, we have an 11-year-old female patient who has classical and clinical histological features of this disorder.
As with most disorders of this category, it may be missed unless a physician is aware of its salient features.
Up to now there is no effective therapy.
Laser to the laryngeal granulation to improve quality of speech is used.
