The objectives of the research were determined to identify the degree of availability of the requirements of intellectual capital management in Al- Farawiyah schools in Kuwait from the point of view of male and female teachers, and to reveal statistically significant differences in the sample members ’estimates of the degree of availability of intellectual capital management requirements according to variables: (gender, educational stage, for qualified scientific, and years of experience), and a Atmdt researcher applied the descriptive Boslobh analytical survey to achieve the goals of the research, were selected random sample of teachers in schools Lafraonah reached (394) teachers.
The research reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The degree of availability of the requirements of intellectual capital management in Al Farawiyah schools in Kuwait from the point of view of male and female teachers in general was average with an arithmetic mean of ( 1.98 ) and a percentage of ( 66.01% ).
The human requirements are at the first rank, with an arithmetic average of ( 2.13 ) and a percentage of ( 71.29% ), and the first field: the organizational requirements ranked second with a mathematical average of ( 1.99 ) and a percentage of ( 66.30% ), and the second field: requirements Financial materials are ranked third and last, with a mean of ( 1.81 ) and a percentage of (60.44% ).
The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the estimates of the individuals of the research sample about the degree of availability of the requirements of intellectual capital management according to the variables: (gender, academic qualification, and years of experience), while the results showed statistically significant differences in the estimates of the sample members according to a variable The educational stage and for all groups in all fields and the tool as a whole, and the differences between the (primary) category and the (intermediate) category were in favor of the average category, and between the (primary) category and the (secondary) category in favor of the secondary category, and between the (intermediate) category and the (secondary) category in favor of the average category.
