Abstract EN

The public find constitutes, at present and in the future, the key pillar of the state›s economics.

Through it, the state can map out its future plans in order to achieve development goals with its various forms and in all areas so as to reach to the highest rates of wellbeing and development.

This is a basic quest which each state endeavours to achieve.

Many states have paid, in its respective legislation, due attention to the public fund for it affects its economic interests which are considered essential for each state.This study aimed at showing role of public funds, as a base, for it is associated with its economic and essential interests.

The researcher applied the analytical, deductive and historical methodology.

The problem of the study is that there are a large number of inside the country whoare ignorant of the legal provisions related to public funds and how to distinguish between what is public money or private money and what is protection for these funds.

The study summed up to a number of results and recommendations.

The most significant results are: Importance of public funds for each state, which constitute the true power of all government.

Among the recommendations is to develop and enact legislations for organizing movement of public funds, how they are collected, how they are disbursed and not to be transgressed.
