Abstract EN

The purpose of the research was to identify the reality of stra- tegic planning at Al-Jafra University (formerly Al-Jafra Univer- sity) and to know the effect of strategic planning on the quality of faculty members.

Faculty members a queslionnaire was designed for this purpose.

It consisted of two axes: the strategic planning and the quality of the faculty members in order to collect data on the research problem.

The data were analyzed in the SPSS program.

The research community consisted of 140 individuals.

On 43 of them and the researcher faccd many difficulties in the distribution and collection of data and the moSt important results of the research: - There is a statistically significant impact of Strategic plan- ning on the quality of faculty members at Al-Jafra University - A strong relationship between Strategic planning and the quality of faculty members at the University of Al-Jafra -There is a weakness in the effectiveness of stra- tegic planning at the University of Al-Jafra - There is a weakness in the effectiveness of the qual- ity of faculty members at the University of Al-Jafra Among the most important recommendations recommended by the study is the importance of the senior management of the uni- versity to the Strategic planning and its components, and the great- est attention to the quality of faculty members and motivating fac- ulty members to achieve the objectives of strategic planning at the university.
