Abstract EN

The Study dealt with the impact of training on achieving in AlMohandcs paint Company in Sudan.

The problem of the Study is to answer the main question what the effect of training on achieving competitive advantage inAlMohandcs paint Com- pany, and to answer this question it was assumed that there is a statistically significant relationship between training and achiev- ing competitive advantage in company the Sludy aim to identify the role training in achievingcompetitive advantage.

The research- er used the descriptive and analytical approach and the case Study approach, and the primary data was obtained using the question- naire, and secondary sources of book and references were used.

The Sludy reached several results, including.

The hypothesis of the Sludy, which States that there is a(Statistically significant relation- ship between training and achieving competitive advantage), was accepted and validated in all expressions that it measured Budgets approved for personnel training are insufficient to achieve com- petitive advantage .The company is working on designing training programs that achieve a competitive advantage .

The Sludy also reached several recommendations, including Establishing a spe- cialized department for competitive advantage in accordance with comprehensive quality Standards and ISO requirements.

Work to pay attention to external training.
