The research dealt with the role of library management in increasing the informatics efficiency of the university professor.

The aim of the research is to identify the mission and objectives of university libraries.

And the role of human cadres working in the field of libraries.

The research problem lies in answering the following questions: Are there predetermined goals that the university library seeks to achieve? Is there sufficiency in individuals and efficiency in the work assigned to them? What are the strengths and weaknesses in the practice of libraries of the foundations of scientific management? Does the university professor seek to benefit from the university library to increase his information efficiency? Is there any cooperation between the two sides in identifying knowledge needs? It is assumed that there is a statistically significant relationship between the technology used and the increase in the information efficiency of the university professor.
